Steven was great to work with in buying a home. He was very responsive and did a great job identifying homes that were a fit. But where he really shined was closing the deal.
It was time for me to sell one of my income properties after having owned for 31 years. I met Steven February 9th 2015 in Scottsdale. By the 13th my home was photographed and listed in the MLS. By the 15th we had two full price offers and closed on the better one soon after. I have been investing in real estate for many years and have bought and sold over 30 properties in the Phoenix metro area. But I have never experienced the due diligence and professionalism that Steven provided. It was the smoothest transaction in all of my endeavors.
