Real Estate Professional with unlimited experience in Real Estate Development, Residential Home Construction, Light Commercial Construction, and Residential Real Estate Sales. In 1979, I began my career as top salesman and listing broker at The Norwood Group in Nashua, NH. In the early 1980's I became the Vice President of Bradgate Associates, Inc. We built and sold over 3,600 condominiums and single family homes in six years. I managed twenty four sales associates located in five states. In 1988 I left Bradgate to own and operate my own successful real estate development and construction business for 14 years. In 2002, I voluntarily closed my company to become the Vice President of Equivise, LLC where I located, placed under agreement, and obtained the state and municipal approvals for five residential projects comprising 298 homes. My career has now come full circle and I'm enjoying residential brokerage at Keller Williams. I hope to be able to use my extensive experience in the business of Real Estate to assist you in buying or selling a home.

Did not discuss with me when closing would be - just told me when. Of course packing the house was a huge undertaking for me and would have loved more time to pack - was not given that option. So super stressed the for the weeks I was packing. Did not listen to me when I told him these things.
Steve was a HUGE help to us! He walked us through the purchase of our home and he stayed with the process to help answer our questions throughout the transaction!
