Steven Mills

Steve has called the Gunnison Country home for over thirty-seven years, moving down valley from Crested Butte to Gunnison in 1996. After operating a retail ski/fly fishing store on Elk Avenue in Crested Butte, Steve obtained his real estate license in 1991. During his 26 years in real estate, Steve has served on the board of directors of the Gunnison Country Association of Realtors, and recently as president. His board experience keeps him in touch with both the Crested Butte and Gunnison markets. In addition to raising his three children in Crested Butte and later on in Gunnison, he’s also served on various committees surrounding their lives which has kept him active in the community. Steve’s an avid road cyclist who also enjoys skiing and hiking and just about anything involving getting out into the mountains of the Gunnison Country, which he has called home since 1980. Steve specializes in the Gunnison area as well as the entire East River valley.
