- Steven helped me buy a home
He was an excellent realtor. However, when the house was shown, it was extremely hot and humid. It was repeated often the seller was living out of state, and it was because the AC wasn’t being used. He arranged for an AC repair service to come twice, both times to add freon. He said the AC people said it just needed a little freon. Upon moving in, it was hot. An AC company was called. Both units had bad coils with multiple leaks. $15,000+ later, new units were in. It felt dishonest. It would have been better to be honest up front and have reduced to purchase price accordingly. Everything else was great, but this was a $15k mistake.
