My review must be understood in light of my personal circumstances (which will not apply to everyone). I sought a reverse mortgage and agents failed me so that when I came to sell my house, I had high, and perhaps unrealistic expectations of my realtor. I didn't have the time to explore various options, but was forced to sell and move in a single action. That said. Steven was ALWAYS professional and responsive to, at times, conflicting instructions from me. He always listened carefully and was consistently available when I had to communicate with him. Even when he was unavailable, he let me know ahead of time. I do recommend Steven, particularly in the Southern California Market!
