I was pleasantly surprised to work with an honest upfront Realtor like Steve Parker. I was being totally unrealistic on the value of my home but EVERY OTHER Agent I talked to just agreed with what I said - I think just to get the Listing. Steve laid out all the different options I had for PRICING - how each price strategy might or might not work. In the end we got JUST OVER ASKING PRICE and it sold in 2 weeks with MULTIPLE OFFERS. Our neighbor down the street is STILL on the Market OVER-PRICED.
