I had the pleasure of working with Steve Pugh and his team from HomePride Realty when I decided to downsize. This meant that I needed to simultaneously sell my home and purchase a new one; an overwhelming and stressful task! However, Steve with his vast knowledge, professionalism, honesty and patience made the whole process go smoothly. Jamie and the Home Pride realty team were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Jamie took countless phone calls from my wife and myself, to assist in a stressful cross-state move. She reaches out to her clients before we even have to reach out. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Steven conferences with Jamie and myself and assisted greatly in the home buying process

Steve was so helpful to us selling and buying. We needed to close on the old house by a set deadline in order to meet the new house offer requirements. Steve is very knowledgeable in his field, and was always there every step of the way to answer questions, and steer us in the right direction. He ended up listing and selling our home extremely fast, and for a great price, in a neighborhood where other homes had been sitting on the market for quite some time. More Than We Expected I haven't always had the best of experiences with real estate agents. With that being said, Steve Pugh and HomePride Realty went above and beyond what we expected. We were doing a full remodel on our house and dressing up the yard. Steve was helpful with suggestions and where to call it ready for sale. When it came to pricing, I personally thought he was suggesting a price that was to high. Our house sold quicker than we imagined it would. The paper process went better than I had it go before. I wouldn't hesitate to use HomePride and Steve for our next real estate transaction. I would reccomend him to family and friends wanting to purchase in the St Cloud area. Greg and Monica
