Steve patiently showed me many homes that fit my criteria in Henderson (Green Valley) and answered all questions posed to him. He was very professional and friendly. I was down to choosing two after visiting several and I ended up selecting a great 4 bedroom home in a nice neighborhood and have had no buyer's remorse at all. Steve is on top of things!

Quite honestly I don't genuinely like sales people but Steven changed all of that for me. He is the most dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable (sales person) real estate agent I ever known. We sold two properties and bought another one with his assistance. We must have looked at 50 house before we purchased because my wife and I couldn't agree on which house. He showed up to EVERY appointment early. Amazing!!! He knew all of the good builders and which ones to stay away from. His knowledge of HVAC systems and energy loss is unparalleled. When we found the house of our dreams, he helped us negotiate a better price than we anticipated. Whe we sold our first property, we received a bonifided offer within two weeks of listing. We got the price we were hoping for. When we sold our condo, we had an offer within 10 days of listing. We got $10,000 more than we expected. I would only use Steven for any of my real estate needs and he changed my perception of sales people. He is simply the best of the best.

In the end Steve negotiated my buyer to agree to my asking price even though the appraisal came in 5K less. Steve helped me in fixing up my place to get full value out of it. He knew exactly what to do every step of the way. He was always one phone call away! Very knowledgeable and assertive to get the right things done. Ive made a friend out of the deal and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Thanks Steve!! You rock man!
