When I met Steven I really had no idea if I wanted a single-family house, a mobile home, condo, or a townhome. I also wasn't sure what part of town I wanted. So I very much was in the "homework" stage. But just in talking with me and taking me to a few places, Steven very quickly figured out what I truly wanted from a home.
