- Steven listed, but didn't sell, my home
- Spent Quality Time
Would not recommend, felt he was deceptive.
- Steven listed and sold my home
- Local Area Expert
Knew the area like the back of his hand. Not very organized, poor follow through. Would state he was calling by "Friday" for example and would run three or four sometimes a week later. I am a business man, this is NOT good practice

- Steven showed me homes
From the van Vliet group he knows his stuff BEWARE of his helper Kelly. Not sure if she was clerical acting like she knew more than she did Reported to Steve and I believe she was terminated. She was very deceptive and made off color inferences to my husband Hope she is gone. He seems to know his stuff
