I recently utilized Steve and his team for a closing on 5 acres. Closing on vacant land is different than a standard home. He helped me contact all applicable agencies (DEP, Etc.) with contacts. Steve was simply awesome and on point! This man understands that he is working for you and treats you as such. Moreover, this gentleman has forgot more about being a realtor then most in his line of work will ever know. If you want a Realtor that genuinely understands anything and everything that can be thrown at you during a real estate transaction he is it.
