Steven Werner

Steve Werner, broker / owner of Werner properties in Stockton loves what he does and it shows. A fourth generation Stocktonian, Werner is committed to the people of Stockton and to the city in which he was raised. His clients are his fellow Stocktonians, friends, and neighbors. He is Stockton real estate’s “local connection”, the go- to guy if you’re looking for service with a personal touch. Werner began his real estate career more than 20 years ago. An alumnus of University of the Pacific, he was looking for a way to put his Bachelors degree in business to use serving the people of his hometown when he chose real estate. He began with a local brokerage while still a college student and was offered a position with them upon graduating with his degree. It became apparent to him that he had just created a niche for himself just by virtue of having been born and raised in Stockton. So many people began to go to Steve for their real estate needs that he decided to start his own business.
