Hi Steven,I've been meaning to write you for quite a while, but it's been busy, to say the least. Then we all got colds - not fun! We just want to say thank you for your help in finding our first home for us. We're very happy here and really enjoying our new place and so glad we called you that day to look at houses, :) I don't think the whole house-hunting and buying process could have gone more smoothly or been more painless.

Steven helped me purchase my first home this past summer. Being completely new to the home-buying process, I was very nervous in choosing a Realtor. Even after doing my own research, I still felt like I had no idea what separated an amazing Realtor from just an average one. Steve is an amazing realtor! Steve represented me with the purchase of my home. He was very knowledgeable and made the process seamless, and got me a great deal in negotiating.
