- Stewart helped me buy a home
We stayed in the house maybe five minutes before he wanted to leave. I bid too high and FHA would not loan me that much. He was going to trying to get them to meet the price which was 3k over the asking price for a foreclosure. I tencentltnlooked at the document again with then sale price of three homes in the area and they were 6-10k lower than my bid - no effort was made to get a fair price. No explanation of the closing process. Always use your own inspectors. So many flaws in the plumbing and heating/cooling. His inspector didn’t find any.
