Stuart is Top Notch! In the beginning of the relationship Stuart promised to be professional, hard working, personable, and at our side through the entire selling process. He directed us to several local areas that he thought would be of interest to us and ensured he had contact information should we choose to follow-up on our visit. We could not have found a better individual to assist with our questions and our search. We returned over the New Years weekend to preview homes with Stuart and to meet with several builders. We ended our visit having put a contract on a new home to be built in Lakewood Ranch, and feel that we would not have made the decision without having such a good understanding of our options thanks to Stuart and his thorough work to show us what was available.
