Sue Coulter

Since 1956, Sue has been enjoying the Brainerd Lakes area when her family first built their lake cabin on Horseshoe Lake, across from Pelican. She has loved this area ever since. After spending summers growing up here, Sue completed her Bachelors (in only 3 years) and Masters Degree from Minnesota State Mankato. Sue has done much of her own personal property management, buying and selling personal investment properties and eventually obtained her real estate license. Since entering the real estate field, Sue has achieved membership in Edina Realty Presidents Circle for an outstanding level of sales performance and customer service. She has also completed her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Continually obtaining more and more education, she is currently working on her Certified Residential Specialist designation which has rigorous production and education requirements. ...
