- Susan and I connected, but did no business
She was absolutely so rude. I called to inquire about putting an offer in on a house, in cash and willing to go well beyond the selling price and she was completely rude, laughed and said we were too late, enough buyers and didn't even bother to give me the time of day. Pretty awful customer service and totally glad she and her firm don't need any new clients.
