Sue Schultes

During the sale of our Forest Hill home, there were several unanticipated and complicated issues. Sue and her team handled every situation calmly, clearly, and with the utmost professional manner. She went above and beyond her duties. We would recommend Sue to anyone!

Sue is a dedicated professional who knows the inside and out of the industry and is pleasure to work with! She is tenacious and listens to her clients needs and takes this information to heart when looking to sell or purchase a home for a client. I recommend her highly!

In the end it is all about the relationship and trust -- and Sue exceeds expectations in these areas. Not only with her customers, but just as importantly with other key players involved in the process of a real estate transaction (other agents, brokers, lenders, etc.). I highly recommend her services.

Sue helped me find my first home and was able to protect me from a special assessment by negotiating with the sellers to keep money in escrow for the pre-existing building issues. Plus she's personable, honest and made me feel like I was her only client!

Sue acted as my agent when buying my first home in San Francisco this summer. Not only did she have expert knowledge of the market, but also she advised me with honesty and my best interests at hand. Her continued patience and due diligence throughout the process was top notch - not to mention the fact that she negotiated a fantastic deal! Her work ethic is exceptional, and I could not recommend her more highly!

Finding a real estate agent you can trust is a daunting task especially when buying your first home in a market like San Francisco. She always worked with diligence to ensure no deadlines were missed and passionately to help us realize our dream. When it's time to move again there is no doubt who we'll be working with!

Sue made every part of the buying process easy. She has also given me good advice on whether or not to sell my home. She really knows the market. I have always found her to be very trustworthy, reliable, and very responsive. I would recommend her whether you are a buyer or a seller.

Life is complicated enough so when looking to buy a new home I was looking for a real estate agent who is professional, knowledgeable and takes care of business. I found all of this and more with Sue. I am so happy with my new home and the process in purchasing this home. Sue was a wonderful agent and a great partner to have on my side. I highly recommend Sue if you are looking to purchase property in San Francisco.
