I became a licensed realtor in 1992 and worked closely with my late husband, Al Tharp, for many years before he passed away very unexpectedly. After our company, National Sunrise Realty, closed in 2002, I joined RE/MAX Suburban in Arlington Heights. My first full year as a Re/Max associate I was awarded membership in the "100% Club", an elite group of Re/Max top producers! In order to keep well informed about residential real estate, in 2003 I completed courses and earned the GRI designation ... Graduate Realtor Institute. My special expertise is in the Arlington Heights and Northwest Suburban area, having worked and lived here for over 38 years, but am ready, willing and able to service your real estate needs anywhere in the North and Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
