Sujatha's done it AGAIN! She has helped me sell TWO homes back-to-back! Both were tough sales, with complicated condominium/homeowner's association-related issues that prevented well-qualified buyers from obtaining a mortgage easily. Sujatha did a fantastic job listing and selling our house. She assessed the house and immediately zoomed in on some small recommended changes that would help move it quickly. Clearly her comp analysis was spot-on as we were in attorney review within 1 week of listing. Less than ONE WEEK!! I have to say I was skeptical about the timing as everyone says Spring/Summer is the better time. But we listed in the beginning of November and Sujatha worked her magic. I highly recommend Sujatha. She bought in a professional photographer to take pictures once the house was ready. Sujatha made the entire process from getting the house ready to listing it in less than 4 days incredibly easy . We were blown away when we saw the listing and it is not an understatement to say many others felt the same way . We had several showings on the same day it was listed and multiple offers in two days. There was a bidding war and our house went under contract in less than a week after listing for several Thousand $$$$$$'s over the asking price. If you are in search of real estate agent - Sujatha is an angel who is going to guide you in and out. She is extremely knowledgeable and she takes good time to understand needs to be able to better guide. We had our home listed through other agent who we feel didnt do proper job and hence was in search of other one. By interviewing 15 different real estate agents - we found her the best and by talking once we were sure to proceed with her. Ever since we had her - the process was completely smooth. Being on different coast -we were worried and she made it so easy. She is full of resource for anything you might need to get done in the home. Her marketing skills and team is awesome who knows where to emphasize specially in market like jersey. Not to forget she does have best photographer. It is complete different culture in west coast and east coast real estate agents and we feel she is up to par with anyone on either coast. Specially if the market is difficult she knows how tactfully to guide so the decision is made in right direction and not time sensitive. SHE IS THE BEST.
