While we were working with Sunny, in every way, shape and form, she was excellent every step of the way, and knocked everything out of the park, despite us being picky. Within about a week of meeting Sunny, she made a phone call to us saying "I think you need to check out this house, it's perfect for you". Lo and behold, that is the house we ended up buying. Furthermore, Sunny was there to help us every step of the way. Need a good way to negotiate with the buyer? Sunny will help you. Need a good and honest inspector? Call Sunny. Need a good contractor to fix things up? Call Sunny. Need a painter? Call Sunny. Need things clarified because the bank you are working with messed up the paperwork? Sunny will explain it to you better than they will. Need to see 30 more houses because you just really want to make sure you are making the right decision? Sunny will help you see every single one of them. Also, a large portion of the time, Sunny addressed issues before we even got a chance to ask. I fell off a ladder as we were approaching listing my home. I ended up in a wheelchair for 2 months. Steve and Sunny stepped up and went way beyond expectations to help prepare and stage the home. Including helping me move. Beyond that they were very knowledgeable about the state of the local market and how to create a pricing and sales strategy that would work for my somewhat unique home. With multiple offers I have to say job well done. Will definitely use them in the future.

I would highly recommend Sunny Elston as she was extremely helpful with trying to sell my mom's condo in the outer Seattle area. I live out of state and she made the process very easy with getting the condo ready to sell. The condo needed a lot of work and she able to give me a few options for contractors and was willing to meet with them to get the work done. She was very responsive and was on top of things! I felt very confident following her suggestions and felt she would be able to sell the condo at a fair and reasonable price. The best part was that Sunny staged the house at no additional charge. I believe this really helped and sold the condo very quickly. I purchased my condo using Sunny as my real estate agent. She was literally the first one I called after a very brief Internet search. When it came time to sell, I recognized that buying and selling are quite different and decided to interview her along with a couple of other agents. It quickly became obvious that not all seller's agents are alike. I chose Sunny. Two things made Sunny stand out from the others. The first was her understanding of the need to stage the condo and that she planned to be hands on with that rather than leaving it to someone with no vested interest in the outcome. The second was her understanding of how to price in a seller's market. It took some time for me to get my head around that and honestly I'm not sure I fully did. I finally decided to just take a leap of faith and follow her advice. I am so thankful I did. I received 17 offers, had a bidding war with two different buyers signing contracts (the second one in case the first one decided not to close), and sold for $77k more than another very similar unit in my complex that sold a week later. I am convinced that would not have happened had I chosen a different agent. Sunny understands the market and together with her husband and daughter, they make an excellent team. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
