I had a meeting with Susan Boggs, she presented the marketing plan for my home. Based on that info we came up with a selling price. At this point everything went on automatic, professional pictures, great listing, and automated notifications for every showing. Excellent follow-up as well.I received and accepted an offer within the first week on the market.That's when we ran into a major issue. The home appraised 20% below sales price. The deal fell through and I was very disappointed. Susan stepped in and convinced me not to drop my price and put the home back on the market.This is where Susan made the difference. Within a week we accepted another offer for the same sales price. Susan knowing the appraisal was going to be an issue, pulled all the comps, met with the appraiser to ensure he understood that there were distressed sales and provided via comps to support the value. The home appraised the second time at full sales price and closed!I think Susan putting her time and effort into this aspect of the sales process made the difference between getting my asking price and being very disappointed.

Susan sold our home in 1 day to our surprise for $10k over asking price. This was a probate issue and took longer than anticipated. Susan was great at keeping everyone on track, she worked well with the attorney. She also helped us find resources to correct some minor issues with property that made a real difference in getting over our sales price. She's wonderful to work with.

The contact person who sold my condo was Ms. Susan Boggs who was a great person. She is very smart and helpful. she knows a lot about her job and the legal issues in this area. She is always there for helping her clients. I even referred to one of my friend and he was very happy with her too. Very good communication we always knew what was happening with our sale. She went above and beyond and even helped us with other real estate needs.
