Susan Bollen

Susan is my "agent for life!" I'm excited to be working with her again for the sixth time!

"A consummate professional. I recommend Ms. Bollen to my friends and colleagues as the best in the business."

Susan Bollen has been my choice of representation in my various real estate transactions for many years now. She has helped my buy and sell my home, as well as assisted with multiple rentals. She is a tried and true professional, with her client’s best interest at heart. Because of the large pool of agents to choose from, It’s challenging to know how to choose an honest and straightforward person to represent you in this industry. Susan’s referral client base speaks for itself ... returning clients like me continue to work with Susan because she is knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. She will work with you and for you ... and will become a friend when it’s all done. Look no further ...

Susan is Amazing!!! When I bought my house I was visiting from West Coast. After finding the perfect house in 1 day, and putting in an offer, Susan helped me do the rest from West Coast so I could just move into my new house.... When I again moved for work back to West Coast, I listed my house and she helped me do the rest from the West Coast again. Susan goes above and beyond to help you get what you want and make the process easy. She doesn’t make new clients, she makes friends. If I ever move back to Maryland, Susan will be my first call!
