This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I talked to a few realtors but the moment I first sat down with Susan Brock, I knew she was the realtor for me. She listened and asked all of the right questions. She was able to ask the questions in such a way that they got the information they needed in order to make the search for my home most effective and efficient for me and my needs. She was patient and took note of all of my (very picky) requirements for a house. She talked to me about the entire home buying process and made me feel very at ease. I left that first meeting feeling less stressed and less overwhelmed. However, that feeling didnt end there. Because of Susan's time and attention to me, I felt taken care of the entire process. I was never worried that we wouldnt find my dream house because I knew that she cared more about me finding the perfect home than she did about making a quick transaction for money. Susan answered all of my (numerous) questions immediately. She communicated with me in whatever manner was best for mewhether that was text, email, Snapchat, social media, or all of the above. She was always in contact, sending me homes to look at, planning visits, etc. Then, on days we would go look, she scheduled 2 hours but always ran as long as I was willing to go, sometimes we would look for four hours. However, and most importantly, she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or wasting her time or taking too long to decide on my house. She NEVER rushed me through a decision. When she showed me a home, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the house. She would talk to me about the neighborhood before we drove it. Then when we got to the house, she would ask me if Id noticed the grocery store nearby, or a motel that I might not want to live near or would point out how busy the street was and asked if that was an issue for me. Next, she would walk through the house and point out the pros and cons of the home/layout/fixtures, etc. In everything she did, she went above and beyond for me. Ultimately, after showing me 23 different homes in various neighborhoods, she got me my dream house and my dream house wasnt even on the market yet! I will never use another realtor to buy or sell a home. Ive already started telling all of my friends about her. Even my parents who have bought and sold many homes said they had never seen a realtor be as knowledgeable or go so above and beyond as Susan did.
