2017, Susan sold me my first house years ago. She knew what I liked more so than I did. I couldn't be happier. The best location and best decision ever. She's a gem!
- Nikkie Ovsepian2017I'd had pleasure to work with Susan on many Real Estate Asset Disposition for a mutual client/ major lender from 2013 through 2017. Susan had always been on top of things, and responsive in communication. Her opinion on the values was right on the spot. Besides providing excellent property management service, Susan also go above a beyond to follow up on closing to ensure transactions close on time. Susan is very personable, a pleasure to talk with. Whether you are a seller, or a buyer, I would recommend you to partner with Susan. She will make your real estate transaction go smooth and hassle free for you.

- Maggie Shah2016, Susan is amazing! She found the perfect Condo I was looking for. She really showed me what neighborhoods fit my lifestyle the best and she was very flexible with time. The other great thing Susan did for me was that she personally made sure I was aware of every detail about the place and understood all the documents I was signing for (not to have any surprises later on). I recommend using Susans services to anyone who is looking for professionalism, respect, quick service, and superior knowledge especially in Glendale, Burbank, La Crescenta and La Canyada areas. Loved working with her! Thank you Susan for Everything!
