  • Susan showed me homes

      The old adage "if you can't say something nice...", but sometimes it can't be helped. I cannot recommend Susan. She rushed us, didn't want to show us houses that we had found on-line, kept pushing places she wanted us to see and pawned us off on her son when she didn't want to work with us. At one point she said something to the effect of "you have seen 12-15 houses, it's time to make up your mind". Nope, when I am looking for a home I may find it with the first one I see, or not until the 50th... It shouldn't be up to the realtor to limit me.

    • Susan listed and sold my home

        Ms. Canny helped us buy our home and then sell it 2 years later. She first agreed to do fee based listing agreement as this was a divorce and Susan knew our families. She charged maximum price and on both transactions she happened to end up being transactional broker and made extra commissions. She can be rude, demanding, and doesn’t understand the homestead act. She is also not the most ambitious and will use her son to do inspections and tours and he is not licensed. Use caution.
