Over the years I've had a few opportunities to use a Realtor and every time I've chosen Susan. Susan is not only very knowledgeable but just a genuine person. She knows how to get a deal done and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My greatest recommendation is my REPEAT business!!!

Susan Chandler has provided very exceptional and professional service throughout our property search and the purchasing process. Being an out of state buyer as we began our home search process seemed very challenging to us. Susan made the whole process very easy. Once we were able find a property that fit our list of must haves we were able to get our offer accepted by the bank. We had to do our due diligence as this vacant bank owned property sat vacant for two years. She made this process as smooth as we could have hoped for being an out of state buyer. Susan, along with a close friend or ours who lived in the subdivision, worked together to help us get our inspections into the property whenever it was needed and the inspections were all completed in a timely fashion. Often Susan had to sit at the property and wait for some less than timely contractors. We drove cross country one month prior to our estimated closing date. Susan then helped us get our contractors lined up for major decorating and renovation. Susan was so very helpful with not only securing qualified inspectors prior to the purchase but then she helped us find qualified contractors to get everything work lined up prior to our closing. This was so very important since we had only 30 days to complete everything before our furniture was to be delivered. Susan went beyond what to me would be considered customary service with what was to us exceptional service. We have remained good friends ever since. Susan Chandler provided us exceptional knowledge, exceptional service and most important she is truly an exceptional person.
