Susan Daley was the realtor for the seller of a townshouse in a development where I lived. I chose her as my realtor because I observed how professional she was in representing the other seller. She provided a lot information and a multitude of photographs of their unit and sold it to the first person who went to see it at a price higher than any of the other townhouses that sold in that development. I decided that this was the realtor who I wanted to represent me in the sale of my townhouse. However my situation was complicated because not only did I need her to sell my townhouse, but I also needed her to sell my mother's condo and find another place for my mother and I to reside together. When I first met Susan, I told her my goal was to sell both my mother's condo and my townhouse at virtually the same time so that we could use the money from the sales toward the purchase price of our new house. This was something that I did not really think could be accomplished by the best of realtors, but Susan got right to work and managed to do so. She put a description of both of our homes with a multitude of photos on several websites. She accomplished exactly what I wanted by selling my mother's condo to the first person and my townshouse to the first couple to whom they were showed. At all times, Susan responded to my calls and kept in contact with me, always keeping me informed of what was happening. She also assisted us in taking us to a home which was perfect for us.In the end, we closed on my mother's condo and two days later closed on my townhouse and on the new house we bought. We are very greatful to Susan for making this happen.
