Her knowledge of the area and market made searching from afar easy; I still cant believe it. When we outgrew our first home but wanted to stay in the same school district, Sue was our go-to. She showed us basically every possible house on the market for 2 years. When we finally found our home she was an integral piece of coordinating everything from inspection to close on the purchase of our new home and simultaneous sale of our previous home. All the while being the most kind, lovely and thoughtful person! We couldnt have done it without her nor would we have wanted to!

She gave me very good advise as to how to get the house ready for sale. She suggested an asking price based on her knowledge of the area. She helped me through all the details necessary to complete the sale. The house sold very quickly at a price that I was very happy with. She made a difficult time as easy as possible.

Susan was the listing agent for the home we bought! We moved from Essex county and were pretty unfamiliar with the area....no problem...Susan Knew EVERYTHING about the area (and the state!) and was sooooooo knowledgeable about the house (her listing). The sellers had moved to the west coast and it was obvious she treated the home as if it were her own in their absence. It was lovingly maintained and showed beautifully! I found her very professional, savvy and kind! She was able to not only sell a house that had previously not had offers ...but help us any way we could as buyers to settle into our dream home! Buying and selling a home is the MOST important transactions most of us will conduct-having someone you trust and in honest and can get the job done is crucial! Susan is all of that and more!

Susan staged our house for us and did a wonderful job as it attracted alot of interest. Our house was less modern in decor and she provided a more modern feeling. Susan was always available for calls and was very active in letting us know what people who came to look at the house said about it. That helped us to decide on a price as time went on. She did a really great job in assisting us with market knowledge and providing her expertise in marketing our house. She also recommended a great lawyer and a moving company. We highly recommend her and were super satisfied with the whole experience. It was over 20 years when we last experience the sale of a house and her professionalism and market knowledge was extremely helpful
