We wanted a realtor that intimately knew the area, was confident without pressuring us, professional, personable, experienced, able to negotiate for our interests, and would advise us through the process. Susan proved to be all of the above. She pointed out landmarks we should know about: how one subdivision backs up to a landfill or a different one that had walking access to retail/walking trails. Out of the dozen or so realtors we had met, she made us feel most comfortable when she was one of the very few to have a pleasant conversation that wasnt just about buying a house. Susan was very responsive, even working while on vacation, by coordinating someone to show us properties and staying on top of our questions. When it came time to moving forward with an offer through to the closing process, Susan explained each step in plain language; gave us great advice/insight when counseled; and negotiated a better deal than what we were expecting. She also shared a list of her personal recommendations from painters, locksmiths, handymen, etc., which we happily utilized. Without a doubt or any hesitation, Susan is an exceptional realtor and one we highly recommend. We will definitely use her again in the future.
