I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for property in this area. I have worked with her for several years and has always been an excellent agent. We used Susan for for purchase of two condo's in the Clearwater area and were pleased with her abilities and have also used her expertise to find renters for our units

I listed my home with Susan on December 13, 2013 and she had it sold for full asking price in EXACTLY 30 days. Could not have been a more smooth process. She and her staff were beyond reproach. What a joy to work with!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Susan to anyone looking to deal with someone of integrity and great savvy!!

We had some need for her help after the sale was complete. She was right there and continues to be. I will engage Susan and her partner Denise on future business. Lots of Realtors. The Pyramid narrows for good ones. You are in good hands with Susan.
