Susan Goldthorp

Sue was instrumental in my selling two duplexes in Cocoa. These were rental properties and would be sold to other investors, not to people looking to buy a home for themselves. For this reason, it takes a unique kind of Realtor, one who understands this special segment of the market.I am very satisfied with Sue as my agent in selling my investment properties. If you are looking to buy or sell, especially in the sub-category of investment properties, Sue Goldthorp should be the only person you call

Sue helped us with our purchase of a house in Melbourne Florida. Living in Rhode Island and not knowing all the quirks of purchasing in Florida we were expecting it to be a tough process. Sue's enthusiasm and professionalism were invaluable, in fact we actually enjoyed the process and we all know how stressful buying property can be. We would recommend Sue in a heartbeat.
