Susan was knowledgeable, attentive, persistent, and detail-oriented--four traits that are incredibly helpful in her industry. What set her apart, though, was the time she took to get to know our family and what we wanted in our next home. It was very much a relationship and not a transaction. We would (and already have) recommend her highly and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Susan is an incredible agent. We had a poor experience with a large national real estate company that advertises low commissions and has a popular listing website. We expected to sell quickly, so after 30 days, we pulled the plug on them, and Susan was our first call as a referral from a close friend. We should have gone with her from the start! She immediately got back to us and made time in her schedule to visit our home the same day (within an hour actually). After spending 30 minutes with her, we had restored confidence, and a plan to move forward. The stager came a few days later (no extra charge), and turned our home into a pottery barn catalog. In our first weekend listing with Susan, we had multiple offers. Susan totally saved us, and cant recommend her highly enough.

Susan is AMAZING! My husband and I recently worked with her to sell our first home, and from the start Susan was a rockstar.
