Susan Hetrick

Susan is amazing. I was pregnant and looking to buy a house to accommodate for a new little one coming into the world. She found me just what I wanted. It was my first time buying and she helped walk me through everything. She truly cared about finding me a house that I can make a home.

Susan is great realtor who is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. She sold our home and helped us to purchase a new home. She made the process as smooth as possible and we highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Susan got us into our first home which fits us so perfectly! She's fast, efficient, and extremely nice! She knows Southern California very well, and is great at negotiating a price down. 5 stars all around for Susan, she is amazing!

I have worked with Susan several times now - once as a buyer and several times to rent out my properties. She is very knowledgable about the market and has excellent follow through. I can always count on her, which is something I have found to be lacking with other agents I have used in the past. Susan will make sure that your transaction goes as stress free and smoothly as possible.

Susan was very knowledgable in the area we were looking since we were from out of area that was a big deal to us. She went above & beyond helping us with things while we lived a couple hundred miles away during our purchase. Will be using her when we are ready to sell!

Susan was relentless in facilitating our short sale purchase. This purchase was very complicated & the banks were particularly difficult. But Susan was committed; and, it finally paid off. We are now the happy owners of a glorious home w/property.
