Susan Krus is downright AMAZING!! I was working in a very tight window of selling a home in Austin and buying a home in Fort Worth. Susan accommodated me in every way imaginable. I contacted her on very short notice after reading her reviews and she was able to show me homes the day after Christmas! Her professional expertise is excellent and her welcoming attitude is top notch. Once I found the house I wanted, Susan quickly put together a game-plan and used some crafty negotiating tactics to make sure my offer would be accepted among the others. She did not hesitate to get in touch with my realtor in charge of selling my Austin home in order to coordinate a smooth transition to buy my Fort Worth home. I was able to close on both homes within 5 weeks! Great job Susan!!

I believe Susan Krus is the most patient, persevering and professional real estate agent anywhere, anyplace. Our experience with Susan started in 2008 when my wife and I relocated from New York to Texas. She drove us ALL OVER the DFW metroplex looking for the right house for us...I'm very picky! Not only did Susan go out of her way to help us, but her keen eye noticed many things that I would've overlooked, and we moved on from house to house (to house) until we got the home we were looking for. Susan helped me sell a home in Fort Worth. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and exceeded all on my expectations in getting me the best price for my home. There were some issues (none of which were in her control) with the lender during the process but she keep in contact, continually developing new strategies to ensure that the home met the closing date. Stress vs Fun, Fluff vs Realistic. Which would you pick? Fun and Realistic of course and so did we. Susan made what could have been super stressful, fun! We set out goals and expectations and she respected our realistic needs and didnt add fluff to our budget. There truly aren't enough words to describe Susan Krus! She is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. Susan is well-versed on what it takes to sell your home and get the most value for it. When Susan came for our initial appointment she spent hours going over the entire sale process including comps for our area, as well as analyzing each room in the home, the exterior of the home, and she gave staging recommendations as to what should be removed, rearranged, replaced, etc. At first, I thought "this lady wants me to do what?" We reluctantly followed her advice and it was so worth it. We had a bit of miscommunication after our first appointment (and later discovered Susan was out with bronchitis), and actually ended up hiring another agent. That was the biggest mistake ever! That particular agent solely relied on internet marketing to sell our home and that proved to be a flop. Showings were scarce and we didn't receive one single offer in the almost five weeks we were under contract. After weeks of frustration, we canceled our contract with that agent and I contacted Susan. The moment we reconnected was the moment things started moving. Within two days, Susan had come out and taken pictures and gotten our house back on the market. That very next day we received a showing request and an overwhelming number of requests followed. Two weeks later we had a solid offer and closed within a little less than three weeks with absolutely no issues. Our buyers were up against a tight deadline and wanted to close immediately. In saying that, Susan was able to negotiate a short-term leaseback (which allowed us to stay in the house for a little over a week after closing) with no charge to us. I realize this is a long review but Susan deserves the praise. This woman has her ducks in a row and knows her stuff. She is down to earth and will give an honest opinion if asked. She stays on top of the process and is diligent all the way to the end. You will not be disappointed if you hire her to represent you. Susan is also assisting us on the purchase of our new home which will be built sometime next year. We are excited to have her on the back end of this transaction to ensure a smooth process.

Susan Krus has been helping me search for a home in the Eagle Mountain Lake area. Although we still have to sell our home in the upper midwest, she continues to assist us whenever I'm in town. Her expertise has even come into play with our agent here - she contacted our agent and got her to provide us with information that made our selling decision (final costs of closing, etc.) far clearer to us. We're updating a few things now in our current home and then it's no more Midwest winter and Texas here we come! When we do come, Susan will be ready to show us the house of our dreams!
