  • Susan listed and sold my home

      We received excellent service and help from Susan and her team. Our home was sold above asking price after being listed for 3 days. I highly recommend Susan and her team if you want to sell your home at top price.

        We are senior individuals who found our dream house in Matawan, New Jersey, 3 minutes from my grandchildren. Susan at Remax off of 516 had the listing. Because she had a potential buyer and would reap in the full commission she chose to fight us for the house out of greed. Obviously I had my own broker who by the way was sweet, helpful, compassionate and very professional. On the day of contract signing we went to Susan's office and she chose not to acknowledge us or even provide water. Not even an introduction took place. As a matter of fact she abruptly took the seller out of the room because we were in conversation with him and she didnt want that occuring. She has no respect for seniors. Both the seller and buyer are seniors. You received a lot of commission on my purchase and you deserved zero dollars. Thank you to my wonderful broker the house is now mine and we are extremely happy. In addition when I posted my review on another site, Susan called my broker and asked her to speak with me to take it down. On February 26th, Susan and someone else knocked on my door to intimidate me to take down the review. Are you kidding? This is a very unprofessional office to come to my house and try to intimidate me when I have every right to write a review based on my experience. Purchasing a home should be enjoyable! It was not for me. There are many great brokers out there. This is not one of them.
