Susan McCarragher

Susan has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years. Born in Montreal, Canada, she is fluent in both English and French. Susan’s early career was in medical research where she obtained her PhD in pharmacology. Following this, she spent several years managing a medical practice while raising her two children. More recently, Susan has worked as a new home consultant for a national builder, gaining valuable information and understanding of the nuances of new home construction. Currently, she is excited to bring her diverse background and enthusiasm to the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties Group. Susan’s goal is to make this experience stress free and rewarding. She accomplishes this by getting to know you personally, listening to your needs, and working together to find the property you will be proud to call home.
