I noticed Suzys website when I was deciding to pull up stakes in my lifetime California home and make a huge life change. I had lost my husband a year earlier and it was time to follow my joy - three darling grandkids in Vancouver! After some research and an afternoon of house hunting, I decided where I wanted to be and what I wanted. I joined her followers for updates on houses in my desired area. When Suzy called I liked her instantly. She struck me as someone who can get it done. I told her I would give my son and his wife her info in case they came across something they thought I should see. As luck would have it, one morning as I was just beginning to think about preparing my home for sale down in California - a month long project - I get a call from my daughter-in-law - there was a new For Sale By Owner listed on Zillow- looks good, nice area. They then piled into their car with the kids and drove to see it. The owners were sitting outside, the kids were allowed in and I viewed it on FaceTime. Knowing how fast a good house goes, I told the kids to find Suzy and bring her on board. We needed a realtor and I needed one who was going to make it happen and make sure I was well represented. Suzy took the ball and ran with it. My offer was accepted and I owned the house by the end of June, about a month before my other home closed. Everything from beginning to my move in went smoothly.
