Susan was extremely responsive! That is one of the most important characteristics I look for when working with someone, in general. As soon as a property hit the market, in our desired area, she contacted us imeddiately via phone (if she thought it was something that would move quickly), email or text. SHE'S ON IT! It was a traumatic time for our family and Susan eased our burden by taking care of all the details and guiding us through the process. She even caught a potential problem within hours when a scammer posted our property on Craigs List. She was quick to demand its removal and file a complaint with the police. In subsequent dealings with potential lessees she helped us navigate the application forms and come to our decision on a tenant. I would give her my highest recommendation.
