Susan Shelland

Susan and Kevin are a great team to work with when selling your home. Susan and Kevin were timely and patient with the process of selling my home in North Bend, WA. They worked hard with staging the home to get the best possible price and working professionally with buyer realtors. When we first put the house up for sale it was determined, by the County, that I needed to have a new septic tank and drain field. As a consequence of the development we had to postpone the sale of the house which meant re staging the home at a later date. Kevin and Susan were understanding of this project that would need to be under taken since it would take some time to accomplish this project. I was grateful they hung in there with me and were willing to postpone the sale until the following year despite the time they spent staging, obtaining comps, etc., etc. They were calm about the delay which helped me maintain a semblance of sanity for myself. When the home was put up for sale, again, they worked hard with open houses and were able to get two solid offers on the house. The house closed within a timely manner and all worked out for the best for me, the seller, and I suspect the buyer as well. They were consistently keeping me updated on the progress with the sell and closing. I would recommend Susan and Kevin in a heart beat. If you follow their advice you cannot go wrong with selling your home. Diane Dodson a very satisfied client of Susan and Kevin.
