Susan is on top,all the time. Have a problem, question, call her..She makes problems disappear . I would highly recommend her.. and do. Susan found us this house, and altro it had been listed as a double wide,falsely , she not only got it all straightened out, but stood up for us when the financial company tried to get us to pay for the false listing, saving us a ton of money. She knows how to maneuver the system. We would have been lost without her and we wouldn't be living here . We love this house and the woman who got it for us. Susan Rocks!

She will tirelessly work on finding the perfect home for you. We often get really late night emails from her letting us know of a new and exciting house that just got on the market. Personality aside, Susan have great people skills which I would say is the most important factor in a realtor.

We had a particularly difficult purchase of a home that required extensive repair (fixer upper) through a lender that was less than helpful and sellers that weren't sure they did the right thing.
