Susan was excellent in getting us to closing on a difficult real-estate transaction with in 4 weeks. Susan constantly went above and beyond what would be necessary with a normal realtor before and even after closing. When things got difficult, Susan was available day or night with emails, texts, and even old school phone conversations. Best realtor ever!! We were gun shy after we had a bad realtor who tried to take it advantage of us. She was up for the challenge. We Emma's mediately had a house under contract and sold before we knew it. She even helped us navigate the mess that the other realtor caused with a faulty inspection of our septic tank. She found somebody to come in and give us an honest inspection. I cannot praise her enough! I am so glad one of my friends referred her to me. I want to add that I did not know her prior to her being a realtor.
