I have experienced buying and selling a home more than once and every real estate agent I've worked with can't stand up to or compare with Susie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, answered every question and addressed every concern with the utmost honesty and was extremely expeditious in getting back to me. It didn't matter the day or time I reached out to her, she happily assisted me. She is extremely professional and friendly and made me feel as if I was her only client. Susie Leavens is the only Realtor I will ever work with! She is absolutely fantastic and I continuously pass her name on to my friends. Her responsiveness was above and beyond GREAT--and this was very important to us; as we were coming to the Columbus area from Toledo. There was not a question that was too small or too large that she did not reply to us quickly. Susie was extremely helpful in the entire process and even two weeks after closing; when she and her husband helped us change the garage door codes! Excellent and very timely communication skills.
