Sue Hepworth

Sue is a native San Franciscan but started her real estate career in San Jose in 1977 and continued that career when she moved to Sutter Creek in 1986 and joined Sutter Creek Associates. In 2000 Sue bought Sutter Creek Associates and was the Broker Owner until she sold that successful real estate company to Coldwell Banker Award Realtors in 2008 where she was one of their top agents for twelve years. In 2020 Sue was excited to join the professionals of Gateway Sotheby’s International Realty. Sue has held a variety of leadership roles in Amador County including Secretary, Treasurer, Director and 2003 President of the Amador County Association of Realtors, President of the Sutter Creek Woman’s Club and has been on the Board of many local associations over the years.
