I first saw Hot Springs Village in 1986, when I helped my parents buy their home here. This gave me reason to visit often and watch the Village grow, as well as, enjoy the many amenities it has to offer. It was not long for me to realize this would one day be home for me. My husband, Jerry, and I bought our first Village property in 2004, while still living in Peoria, Illinois. This was not only because we had both fallen in love with the area, but because my parents were approaching the age where they would need assistance. I left a career in orthodontics in 2006 and Jerry retired from Caterpillar in 2007. During that one year interim period, I obtained my real estate license and received the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2008.
