Susie spent so much time and effort helping me find my house. She was always accessible by phone or email, day and night, and was always quick to answer my questions or to find out the answer for me. She didn't let me get frustrated or discouraged when I wasn't finding a house as quickly as I'd hoped. She kept me on track with my budget, always keeping in mind what I wanted and didn't want. Most importantly to me, she was super flexible and did her best to accommodate my restricted schedule, even though it cut a lot into her own free time and weekends.Susie was very knowledgeable about the areas I was looking in, and was always contacting me about new properties that came on the market that fit within my criteria. She was very much on top of things once we signed a contract, and kept everything running smoothly and kept me on point as to what my next steps were. I used her contacts for the mortgage and title company, and she also found some great options for inspections for me, which I was very satisfied with. Closing went very smoothly.Susie was always open and honest with me and I appreciated that she tells it like it is. She takes no crap and was always my advocate when dealing with other parties. I truly appreciated that I knew I could trust her and rely on her. We found Susie Cardoso through our nephews recommendation. She was everything that we could have dreamed for and more. We came to Susie over 2 years ago and at that time we weren't in a position and didn't even qualify to buy a home. She went through everything with us in detail and the very first time she met us on a Sunday and we spent several hours with her as she explained the entire process to us. During those two years she followed up with a phone call every few months to make sure that we we're doing okay and if we needed something. We will never forget that. She invested so much time in us even when she knew she couldn't sell us a home. They do not make people like her anymore. When the time finally came that we could buy a home we knew it would be with her and no one else. She was loyal to us from the beginning. We had many hold ups throughout the process even having issues with the lender and she always had our backs and our best interest. We never doubted the person she was and is. Even our family in Dominican Republic knows who Susie is and that she has done for us. To get this deal done she even gave up part of her commission to make things happen for us. How many people do you know would do that. She is not just our agent but part of our family. Because of all that she did for us we are now in our dream home and will forever be indebted to her.
