I decided to relocate from Ct to Memphis and saw a listing on Zillow that Susie represented. We talked for awhile about my needs and what I was looking for. This beginning of January 2019. End of January I flew into Memphis and met Susie in person. She was such a personable and lovely person, I did not pursue looking at homes with another agent whose name was given to me. I bought my home site unseen from Susie's recommendation and knowing what I want and didn't want. Saw the house end of April 2019 when I was closing and Susie was spot on knowing what I would like and accept. Wonderful transaction
