Susy Karlen

So here we are moving from NYC to Delaware. Things are a bit slower down here but that's a great thing about DE, it's why we chose it. So when Susy came along she hit us like dynamite. We were so surprised, fast, professional, caring, up to date. Great advice with her pulse right on the market. This market which was insane with every one moving out of major city's to find serenity. The competition was fierce. She was more. After a couple of mistakes that we made, she gently suggested a strategy that would win us our new home, our first. With Susy on your side you are good, that's it. I can't recommend her enough!

Susy was fantastic! We had to find a house immediately, and she not only found us one, but she made the rest of the process easy. Without all of her help we wouldn't be first time homeowners. She is amazing!

Susy did amazing job helping me buy my 1st home. She was very patient, understanding, a pleasure to work with, and made the process easy.

Extremely welcoming, professional and made sure we found what we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with her. We are delighted with our new home. We couldn't have done it without you!

Susy was a Godsend through this very stressful process. It helps tremendously that she is VERY responsive to calls/emails/texts!! Very down to earth and client focused. Susy, you are an amazing person both professionally and personally. So happy God brought you into our lives ...
