From the beginning of searching for a home to finally calling it mine, Suzanne helped me score a big touchdown with my first home. I definitely recommend her for Veterans that are looking for homes that are VA approved. She made tough negotiations work by getting the seller to repair major items on time according to closing schedule. I'm so happy I got to work with Suzanne!

Suzanne proved responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. Her knowledge of the local market was quintessential in closing on my first home. While I quickly recommend her to anyone currently navigating the first time buying process, I suspect her skill set will benefit both novice and experienced buyers and sellers alike. I was a first-time home buyer and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Luckily, I had Suzanne as my real estate agent. She showed me a wide range of homes that allowed me to fully see the different quality of homes at a given price point, which helped me narrow my search down and not waste any time.
