Suzanne Bruner is not only a terrific knowledgeable Realtor, she is an awesome caring person! Suzanne helped me with two transactions...the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one. She worked so hard for me, my house was sold within 4 days of putting it on the market! She helped me throughout the process on both homes. Suzanne helped to coordinate leaving the one home, to occupy the other home immediately making it the easiest move I had ever made! In the past I have had realtors through online websites who knew very little or could care less if they contacted me back. I would have to contact the "online realtor" almost daily to see what the status was. I could depend on Suzanne to return my calls or sit down with me "face-to-face". She kept me informed every step of the way. Suzanne went above and beyond what other realtors do and I would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seriously looking to buy or sell a home.
